Find us at farmers markets

The summer farmers market season is under way, and there are two great markets where you can find us all summer: Horner Park and Austin Town Hall. At every market, we’ll be selling a mix of dairy, vegan, gluten-friendly, and even dog-friendly options. Read on to find out more!

Every other Saturday throughout the summer, as of June 10, you’ll find us at my home market in Horner Park (9 AM–1PM). This lovely market at the corner of Montrose and California features multiple farmers, coffee, lunch options, baked goods, sweet treats, live music, free yoga, and more. There’s also a great playground around the corner. My kids love to hang out at the market all morning, and I bet yours will too!

Every Thursday as of June 15, Bartleby’s will be represented by our new market helper, Olivia, at the Austin Town Hall City Market (1–6 PM). This market spotlights Forty Acres Fresh Market, a startup grocer offering high-quality produce at an everyday low price, along with a variety of artisanal food and craft vendors, entertainers, and local community organizations. Bartleby’s is proud to join in the market’s mission of bringing fresh foods and local products to the Austin community.

And on the flip side, heading out to Austin gives our business new access to the West Side, Oak Park, and other nearby suburbs! If you’ve always wanted to try Bartleby’s but don’t get that far east too often, come see us at the market on Thursdays. We’re even considering adding an option to pick up preordered cakes at the market—if you’d take us up on that, send us an email and let us know!
